Go into your Application Manager on your phone! Arrow down to the application you would like information on and press select on it. Select Memory details and then you will hear where your application is installed to.

To get the total call time use the following key sequence from the standby screen, this is the screen that first appears when you turn your phone on, *#WAR0ANTY# (*#92702689#)

1. Start at the standby screen of your phone. This is the screen that shows your service provider and the date/profile that isactive.
2. Type in *#2820#. This is Star Pound/Hash/Number 2820 Pound/Hash/Number. There is no need to press any other keys to get the information to be displayed.
3. The phone will now show you the bluetooth address of your Mobile phone.
4. If you are using Talks, you can do a Talks followed by Select to reread the screen. If you are using MobileSpeak, you can do Command followed by Star to hear the information again.

2. Type in *#62209526# (*#MAC0WLAN#) this is Star Pound/Hash/Number 62209526 Pound/Hash/Number. There is no need to press any other keys after the last Pound/Hash/Number to get the information to be displayed.
3. The phone will display the wireless MAC address of your phone if it supports WiFi.
4. To reread this screen if you are using Talks, you can do a Talks select to reread the information. If using MobileSpeak, you can do a Command followed by Star.

NGage is a gaming service. A lot of programs Nokia load up on their phones are usually free trials or limited editions of commercially available applications. You can remove this from your phone.

1 The whole back comes off, I mean the whole thing.
2 At the very front of the phone is a tiny little slot that you can insert a small screwdriver and twist it just ever so slightly so that you can get a fingernail and pull it off.
3 Once the back is off, you can insert the battery.
4 The simm card slides into a slot with the visible contacts on the simm facing downward. It is located on a ledge on the back side of the battery. It has the appearance of sliding underneath the exposed glass of the camera. But the slot is on a ledge on the backside of the battery.
5 The Micro SD card slides from the side of the phone also has the appearance of going underneath the exposed glass of the camera. This one is not behind the battery, but on the side of the phone. The back has to be completely off for you to find this tiny slot.

note this will delete all personal information, settings and applications in the phone, so only do this if your absolutely sure you haven't anything stored on the handset you might later want. Also, your phone will not speak after the hard reset since you will have to reinstall talks or mobile speak which ever you use.

The procedure for the hard reset is:
1) Make sure phone is fully charged and switch it off.
2) Press simultaneously the green "call" button, '*' "star" and '3', and keep them down.
3) With those 3 keys down, switch the phone on.
4) Only release the 3 keys when the phone shows signs of life such as the Nokia logo or the language.

You can get your IMEI number of your Symbian phone in a few ways.
1. From the Standby screen of your phone. This is the screen that shows your service provider name along with the date/active profile that you are using.
Now type in Star, Pound/Hash/Number, 06, Pound/Hash/Number.
At this point, the IMEI number will be displaied and the screen reader will read it.
To reread the screen use Talks select for Talks and Command Star for MobileSpeak.
2. The 2nd way is to connect your phone to your PC using PC Suite mode.
Now go to the Nokia Phone Browser on your PC and find your phone. Do not press enter on your phone name.
On your PC, Do a ALT+Enter to bring up the phones properties. This will contain your IMEI number along with other information about your phone, like firmware version, date of the firmware and so on.

1. Start from the Standby screen on your phone. This is the screen that normally displaies the service provider name and the date/profile that is active.
2. Press the following keys. *#0000# that is Star, Pound/Hash/Number, 0, 0, 0, 0, Pound/Hash/Number.
3. At this point, the phone will give you the firmware version that your phone is using. There is no need to press any other keys.
4. You can use Talks Select to reread the scdreen or if you are using MobileSpeak, you can do command followed by Star.
5. When you have the information, press SoftKey1 (OK) to exit the screen. You will be returned to the Standby screen of your phone.
